With the multi-posting solution, you can share the final job posting publicly as a job advert. In addition to your own job portal, you have access to over 1200 job boards, social media platforms and Google. Paid job adverts are billed in addition to your software subscription.

Your job advert was a success – what’s next? Your career page is the central point of contact for applicants. Here, candidates can find out more about your company and apply for a job using the integrated online form. Thanks to the intuitive builder system, you can easily create professional and mobile-optimised career pages even without prior expertise. Detailed tracking features provide you with information on how applicants interact with your site. Add-ons such as our recruiting chatbot give you additional application channels.

Referral manager

The employee referral add-on provides your employees with a simple and secure way to share vacancies with people in their network. The recommended candidates can apply for the vacancies easily and transparently via personalised application links.

Manage applications

All incoming applications and related tasks and communication are centralised in the applicant tracking software. Yes, you can test the full functionality of our Elite Plan for 14 days free of charge and without obligation.

No, during the trial period you can use our solutions free of charge and without any obligation. You only need to enter your payment and billing information once you decide to purchase one of our plans.

At the end of the trial period, you have the option to opt for the full functionality of the Elite plan, switch to one of our smaller plans (Start or Pro) or take advantage of a personalised consultation on our Enterprise plan if your recruiting needs require it.

Please note: If you do not decide to purchase after the trial period has expired, your data will not be lost, but you will no longer be able to use the functionalities of our software. Your trial system and the data it contains will be kept for a maximum of 3 months after which it will be deleted.

If you switch to one of our smaller plans during or after the trial period, you will only have access to the features included in the respective plan. You can continue to use your data within this framework.

No, user-friendliness and ease of use are our top priorities. All our software solutions are designed and developed in such a way that even beginners with no prior knowledge can use them quickly. At the beginning, you will learn about the components of our solution and how to use them through our interactive product tour. If you want to refresh your knowledge in between, you will find numerous guides and articles in our Help Centre. Depending on the plan you have booked, our support team will also be on hand to provide you with help and advice.

Our software solutions are cloud-based, which means you don’t have to install anything on your computer or end device. All you need to access softgarden is an up-to-date internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Apple Safari.

To register for softgarden, you need an email address with which you can receive emails. A stable internet connection is also required to be able to use the software smoothly. Our solutions are mobile optimised, so you can access your data from anywhere.

With the Start, Pro and Elite plans, as well as our free trial version, you can get started right away: our interactive product tour will guide you through your first steps with softgarden. This will familiarise you with all the functions and show you how to use them successfully. In the Enterprise plan, we personalise your onboarding to suit you and your company’s needs.

In the softgarden Help Centre you will find a wide range of guides and articles on all the features and use cases of our software solutions. Depending on the plan you have booked, there are other support channels available to you: Email support (Pro plan), chat support (Elite plan) and personal support (Enterprise plan).

You can choose between monthly and annual billing. For annual billing, we offer a discount of 10%.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan after purchase. To do this, you can use the integrated shop in our software, where you can also book add-ons such as additional job slots.

Please note: Upgrades take effect immediately after purchase so that you can use the new functionalities straight away. Downgrades only take effect after the end of the current billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your contract).

You can cancel your plan at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the contract). We will keep your system and the data it contains for a further 3 months after your cancellation takes effect. During this grace period, you can continue to log into the system, but you cannot create new job postings or edit old job postings.

After the 3-month period has expired, your system will be irrevocably deleted together with the data it contains.

We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, which guarantees high product and service quality. Our servers are hosted in ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centres in Germany, which offer the highest security standards for the storage and availability of your data. We believe that recruitment is teamwork. That’s why we don’t limit the number of users or charge for new users.

We support payment by credit card on all plans. For Enterprise plans, we also offer payment by invoice.
